Our 60 ton travel lift can handle boats with a maximum beam of 18′ 6″. With acres of indoor and outdoor storage, 100 slips, and the convenience of a Ships Store on-site, our facility can service and store almost any sailboat.

Outside Storage
$2.80 per square foot
Rate includes haul out, bottom wash, storage, and launch.
$600.00 flat fee outside H/S/L package for boats under 220 square feet
Outside Storage Only: $1.90 per square foot
$400.00 flat fee outside storage only for boats under 220 square feet
Inside Storage
Space is reserved by deposit. Rate includes haul out, bottom wash, storage, and launch.
Heated: $8.25 per square foot. (LOA x Beam x $8.25)
Cold: $6.25 per square foot (LOA x Beam x $6.25)
Inside Storage Only
Heated: $6.95 per square foot. (LOA x Beam x $6.95)
Cold: $4.95 per square foot (LOA x Beam x $4.95)
$300.00 flat fee cold storage for boats under 110 square feet.

** Winter storage ceases on Memorial Day. At that time, a $.50 per linear foot per day or $11.00 per lineal foot outside, $15.00/ft inside cold or $22.00/ft in heated summer storage charge is in effect from Memorial day to Labor day.
Occasionally, situations or conditions vary these rates. If charges will be greater than those listed, we will try to notify you before proceeding with the work.

Payment for Services
Payment is due when invoiced at the time of haul out. An 18% per year late fee is applied on past due accounts.
